It's what's inside that counts...but nice packaging sure makes a difference. I love adding voice to ecomm packaging, product hangtags, and other unexpected places.
David’s Bridal needed an ecomm packaging update: Brides received a very special dress in a box that was, well, nothing special. The box needed personality while keeping the big-ticket purchase concealed to protect it from doorstop theft. I decided to acknowledge the stark contrast between the plain brown box and its amazing contents.
David’s Bridal needed to convey care instructions and return policies on a series of hangtags. I did an audit of the existing tags and gave ho-hum topics a little personality.
When David's Bridal decided to launch a shapewear collection, the manufacturing partner created placeholder tags (above left). I worked with product development to find out what made each style work like a charm and developed headlines and key features (above right).
